Day 4

Today will be your juice only day. It's always a good idea to take a day off from eating food to keep your body healthy. Because you've been drinking juices for the last few days, you body will be use to them and most likely won't even notice that you aren't eating any food for dinner. If for some reason, you feel that you have to eat, try for something whole grain and very light. Don't eat a steak or something heavy, instead stick with a light salad or some bread with cream cheese. These things won't ruin your diet but will fill your up.

Day 3 :

How are you doing so far? I hope you remembered that along with eating healthy you need to take the time to exercise often.
