Day 3 :
How are you doing so far? I hope you remembered that along with eating healthy you need to take the time to exercise often. This means more than just the normal; taking the stairs and not to elevator. Try doing a form of cardio each night. This can be taking a speed walk every night after work around the neighborhood. You can do some active fitness work like ab and butt exercise. There are tons of video games that you can play to be active as well. Just get out there and move move move!
Here is your diet plan for the day:
Breakfast:
Sweet Greens
2 yellow apples cored
1 stalk of celery
1 handful parsley
2 handfuls of spinach
5 leaves of iceberg lettuce
Lunch:
Vitamin Orange
4 oranges peeled
2 cups of pineapple peeled
1 small sweet potato
Dinner :
Fish Tacos or Chicken Tacos
