7 Day Diet Meal Plan - Day 4

Day 4

Today will be your juice only day. It's always a good idea to take a day off from eating food to keep your body healthy. Because you've been drinking juices for the last few days, you body will be use to them and most likely won't even notice that you aren't eating any food for dinner. Plus the dinner juice is very filling because of all the ingredients is has.
If for some reason, you feel that you have to eat, try for something whole grain and very light. Don't eat a steak or something heavy, instead stick with a light salad or some bread with cream cheese. These things won't ruin your diet but will fill your up.

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Quick Tropical
2 apples cored
3 kiwis not peeled
4 ripe pears cored

Lunch:
Green Country
5 roman tomatoes
handful of spinach

Dinner :
Long and Tasty
1 kiwi
1 mango pitted and skin removed
1 radish
1 pear
1 radish
1 handful of greens
1 handful of spinach
1 bell pepper
1 lemon peeled
1 green apple
