7 Day Diet Meal Plan - Day 2

Day 2 :

How was day one? Do you find yourself more energized than every before? You are going to notice that as the next few day go by that your skin will brighten and your level of energy will increase after every juice.  Keep active while on this liquid diet. Instead of taking the elevator try taking the stairs. This will help you burn that extra energy faster than ever before!

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Pine -Berries
4 ripe strawberries
1 cup pineapple peals.

Lunch:
Just Veggies
2 beet greens
4 broccoli spears
1 cup cauliflower
1 Handful fresh greens
1 piece of ginger
Dinner :

Whole grain pasta with basil and tomatoes
