7 Day Diet Meal Plan - Day 7

Congrats this is the last day of your diet! How do you feel? Do you feel fresh and healthy? You should and you should also be very proud of yourself! You detoxed your body, lived a juice lifestyle and keep the calories you ate very minimal. That is so awesome! Now you only have to have juice twice today and then you can have an amazing dinner to end your diet with a large amount of protein.

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Sweeter Yams
1 small peeled yam
2 green apples
5 baby carrots

Lunch:
Long and Tasty
1 kiwi
1 mango pitted and skin removed

7 Day Diet Meal Plan - Day 6

You've been doing so well! Keep up the amazing work. It's time to get serious again and stick with your exercise plan and your juicing plan. Today it's time to pick your favorite juices from the day before and decide what you want to drink. Keep your juice simple and easy to make or experiment like crazy and combine any of the weeks recipes into a mega juice. Be sure to write down your creation as well, you don't want to forget!

One other thing to try is to add a snack to your diet today. Make sure your snack is diet friendly and low is salt and sugar. Don't go crazy with your snack, instead keep it simple. The best type of snacks would be  nuts, grains and cereals.

Breakfast:
Kickin' Sweetness
1 container of blackberries
1 lemon peeled
1 container of raspberries
2 pieces of ginger
1 teaspoon of hot sauce

Lunch:
Summer Yummy
2 peaches with seeds removed
1 nectarine pitted
1 lemon peeled
